We made some Baklavah a couple of weeks ago, by far one of my favorite desserts. The recipe comes from my mother and my lebanese grandparents, if you haven't tried it yet, you should. It's made with phyllo dough and nuts. When you cut the dough borders to match the lower layer, you can create basically anything you want, the second shot was made with these leftovers...yum!
