I frequently find myself admiring skies and nature itself. This weekend I went out searching for good macros after the rain stopped. I didn't get many shots, but I liked this one very much; nature's geometry is way ahead of our current imagination. Bucaramanga, Colombia. I don't have a macro lens, so again, I used an inverted 50mm lens in front of a zoom lens to get this shot, and therefore, you still get some obvious vignetting. Also, the macro effect is augmented, therefore, the depth of field is extremely shallow (about 1mm only in focus).
These shots make awesome desktop images, so if you'd like a copy for yours, just drop a comment with the display info and I'll find a way to make it available for download.
